Print Charges
My Print Charges is an application that has been installed on all the computers (except Macs) in the Open Access Labs (OAL) to help lab customers keep track of the printing charges they accumulate. To view your print activity, print history and current print charges, log in to an Open Access Labs computer and click MyPrintCharges in the Start menu.Student Printing
Undergraduate and graduate students are given a print allowance of $30 for each fall and spring semester and $15 for the summer. This allocation may be used for black-and-white, color, and 11 x 17 printing (both black-and-white and color). Plotter printing is charged separately. Faculty Printing
OAL print allocations are automatically created for faculty. Faculty charges will be billed to and paid for by the Vice President and Associate Provost for Information Technology.Staff Printing
Staff printing is billed to the staff member's authorizing department through the CIS Business Office. If you have questions about your department's account, call CIS Account Services at 979.845.7223.
