Profile Repair
Profile DirectoryEach account has a roaming profile, which enables your customized settings, such as desktop background and bookmarks, to travel with you to each Open Access Lab (OAL) computer. Your profile directory is stored separately from your H: drive and is limited in size. If you receive an error message about limited drive space, your profile directory may be too large. To fix this problem, use the Profile Repair Tool mentioned below.
Profile Repair Tool
The Profile Repair Tool repairs corrupted profiles. Common problems such as printers not showing up and drives not mapping properly, may be solved by resetting your XP or Vista profile.
To fix your profile, visit the profile reset page. You must be logged off to reset your profile.
