Support staff are available in staffed Open Access Labs (OALs).

If you need help in a non-staffed lab, Help Desk Central (HDC) answers computing questions any time, day or night, 365 days a year. Call 979.845.8300 or email helpdesk@tamu.edu, or visit hdc.tamu.edu. For hardware and connectivity issues, contact the Help Desk and ask for HDC Repair Services.
